We value it as a companion in our amicable conversations.

It is an incredible wine that should be matched with dishes of equal value, but which is so great that it is capable of enhancing any food. It is a very good choiceto drink it with roast or braised beef, coat game, kid or lamb, medium and long-seasoned cheese.


But, as a matter of fact, it doesn’t disdain even sweets such as Albesi al Barolo, bugie, sweetcorn pastes, marrons glacés or the traditional sweet tartar. Barolo should be served at 18-20°C, preferably uncorked a little in advance in order to allow it to be enriched by oxygen.
